About The Event
Each of the four days will be semi-structured with shared mealtimes, a collective morning activity, and various workshops and healing experiences to choose from daily. We will also include blocks of time during which you are encouraged to engage in whatever activities most support deepening your healing journey (rest, reading, ocean, journaling, exploring nature, getting to know each other, and more).
